These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the ReglFit mobile application ("ReglFit App") and the website www.reglfit.com (collectively, "ReglFit Services"), provided by EgnaFlex Inc. ("EgnaFlex," "we," "our," or "us").

1.2

By using any part of the ReglFit Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at reglfit.com/pages/privacy-policy.html). If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use ReglFit Services.

1.3

ReglFit is a personal health tracking application designed to offer insights into menstrual, reproductive, and general wellness based on user-entered data. ReglFit is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any health condition.

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

2.1

You must be at least 16 years old to use ReglFit. Users under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent. Paid services are available only to users aged 18 or older.

2.2

You may register for an account using an email address or third-party services (e.g., Apple, Google). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.3

EgnaFlex Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

3. Use of ReglFit Services

3.1

You agree to use ReglFit Services lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2

Prohibited activities include:

• Using ReglFit for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Hacking, modifying, or disrupting any part of the Services.
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems, data, or user information.

4. Free and Paid Services

4.1

ReglFit offers:

• Free Services: Basic cycle tracking and general health insights.
• Paid Services (ReglFit Plus): Premium features available via subscription.

4.2

Paid Services are available through recurring subscriptions via app stores or our website. Prices and available features may vary by location.

4.3

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1

Payments are securely processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google). EgnaFlex does not store payment details.

5.2

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and for paying any applicable taxes.

5.3

Refunds are handled according to the policies of your payment provider. EgnaFlex does not offer direct refunds.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1

You retain full ownership of the personal and health data you enter into ReglFit. Sensitive health data is protected by end-to-end encryption (E2EE) on your device; we do not have access to your decryption keys or the plaintext of that data (zero-knowledge architecture).

6.2

By using ReglFit, you grant us permission to use anonymized and aggregated data (from which you cannot be identified) for service improvements and, only with your consent, for research.

6.3

Our processing of personal data complies with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, usage, E2EE, and your privacy rights.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1

All content, design, and software associated with ReglFit are the intellectual property of EgnaFlex Inc. All rights are reserved.

7.2

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Updates and Modifications

8.1

We may update or modify ReglFit Services or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or website.

8.2

Continued use of ReglFit after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

9.1

You may delete your account and stop using ReglFit at any time.

9.2

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1

ReglFit Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10.2

EgnaFlex Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services, if any.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
